M itko International was the first subsidiary to be formed under the group umbrella in 2006. the main objective was metal mining operations and at present the company owns 25-acres of mining land in Kotadeniyawa and Meerigama in the western province, approx 60 km from Colombo. Operating under the license of Geological Department and Environment Authority, the current production capacity exceeds 200MT of crushed limestone in various sizes, armour rocks and spalls.
